If part of your order hasn’t arrived yet, don’t worry! We ship a heavy product and for everyone’s safety, orders are frequently split into multiple parcels.

Each parcel has its own unique tracking number. The first tracking number you receive from us will show only one of those parcels by default. To check if more are coming:

• Head to your DHL tracking page.
• Look for any reference to additional shipments or tracking IDs within the same order.

If your order has already reached the United States, DHL will hand over each parcel to USPS for final delivery. Each USPS parcel may update its status separately, and they might not arrive at the exact same time. 🚚
